About Us
Welcome to CrossFit Route 1A in Beverly, MA. We offer group classes led by a certified CrossFit trainer. Using the CrossFit methodology as a base, our classes consist of functional movements such as squats, pushups, running, and the basics of gymnastics, olympic lifting and metabolic conditioning.
Our focus is to improve your daily life through exercise. We want you to move better, work better, play with your kids or dog better – whatever you do, BETTER!
CF1A classes are 1 hour in length and the workouts are designed to build upon weekly which improves movement patterns and strength. Through our classes, you will improve your capacity in cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The group setting gives you the motivation and encouragement you didn’t know you needed.
Using smaller class sizes, we are able to give personalized real-time attention that isn’t readily available through larger facilities and apps. Our goal is to provide a safe place to have fun, work hard and meet your goals. Drop-in anytime for a free class. We look forward to meeting you!
